HD 5870 GB and HD 6950 2GB?

So I was able to get an HD 5870 2GB eyefinity 6 for a bit less than $230 box opened but card never taken out of the wrap, and I was also looking to buy an HD 6950 and sell the 5870 for a profit. I happened upon a deal for a sapphire HD 6950 2GB for $230. I was stoked as I thought the 6950 would trump the 5870 in everything, but was surprised to find that the 5870 did better in some areas. So i'm looking to sell one of them, but not sure which one to keep. Also, the 6950 I got is the typical "bar" graphics card, with the line down the middle and the fan at the end, and I was first looking at the Sapphire HD 6950 100312-1GSR 1 GB model, which looked a bit shorter and better cooled. Thoughts on that? I have a small tower that has to use a micro ATX motherboard.
