Could she be ?????

By gf is currentyl on BC and has been extremely good about taking it. she had her period a week ago (something about ovulating sunday) and has been spotting some. however today sunday a full week after her period ended she had a bright red l discharge. what is this? could it be a sign od pregnancy. we are also going to get a pregnancy test, will it be too early to tell? anything u know about this bright red discharge etc would hlp me catch some z's tonight thanks!
