Can you keep a rams, a red-tailed shark, and gouramis together in a 26 gallon tank?

I currently have a red-tailed shark with some platies and swordtails. I want to transfer them out and get two rams, and three blue or gold gouramis. Would this work out? My tank is moderately planted with a roman colleseum ornament in the center, where the shark generaly considers its territory.
