I doubt my new Uggs; advice? Please help!?

My mom got me the Ugg Sheepskin Cuff Boot in sand color for Christmas, because I LOVED them online! But I went to the mall with them, and everyone stared at me. I asked two of my friends and they said they don't like them and they wouldn't wear them and they like them on me, but I don't know. I have no other Uggs to wear, but I don't want to be like stared at at school because they are like fluffy and stuff. I'm 13 in 7th grade. What are your thoughts on these Uggs? And what should I do?
