What do you think of a guy when he calls or talk to his male friends, it takes him 45 minutes to an hour?

This guy is 40 years old and married with 3 sons. He has a male freinds ages 50, 40 and 30 years old. This guy always calls his 50 yr.old male friend for advice or any thing that happens to him. The 40 yr. old male friend who is in abroad calls every weekend to this married guy for the last 10 years because they were best friends since college and it takes them an hour to talk on the phone. The 30 yr. old before also calls to this married guy everyday until last year the motherin law commented something to this 30 year-old guy hile having lunch with them. Since then the 30 yr old friend seldom calls. The wife is a very religious person and she is my best friend. I want to help her and told her to seek counselling from a priest which she did . The calls have not stop.
