Girls what if this?..curious?

Girls if you woke up one morning and you walked outside and on your porch there was a whole civilization of little people no bigger then ants and they had their own community and such, lifestyle, houses boats, etc, what would you do? Would you intervene and tell them they are going to be crushed unless they obey your every command and you are their god from now on? Or would you let them be? Would you have certain ways to punish them if they don't obey you like sticking them in your shoe for the day? What kind of things would you do to reinforce them they they will obey you no matter what?
