Does getting your lip peirced hurt as bad as..?

i have had my tounge peirced and about every place you can pierce an ear and my belly on. i also have 3 tattoos..but my tounge hurt really really bad when i got it done and im wanting to know if getting your lip is as painfull..i really want to get it done
