Tipping: Is 20 % the new 15 %?

It seems like the new bare minimum is set at 15 %. I remember back in the day when this was considered to be pretty good. But now, it doesn't seem as good, like it is the bottom of the barrel. I usually tip around 30 % anyways, but is the minimum incrementally ascending? Oh the madness!
